•

• On-time for work Mon-Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm

• Complete projects assigned to you by managers

• Understand the specifics of each project you are working on and ensure our team and the client are on the same page.

• Pre-Order materials and equipment as needed.

• Ensure your team executes a smooth completion of each project. Be a leader and manage your team members to ensure they know what to do, they know how to do it and they understand why.

• Complete Landscape construction projects to include but are not limited to: hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, machine operations, fence installations, concrete installations, irrigation system installation, reaching over head, bending over, lifting over 50lbs, driving a company vehicle.

• Complete every task with the safety in mind.

• Take a 30 min lunch break each workday.

• Take good care of our equipment. Ensure proper Oil & Gas Mixture and safe handling.

• Keep your crews truck well-organized and fully equipped truck.

• Keep track of your hours daily and the hours of your crew. Turn in your weekly timesheets and your crews time sheet by 7am Monday morning.

• You must have a clean drivers abstract for this position.

• Notify a manager immediately if there is an issue you cannot solve such as,

• Property damage, injury, machine malfunction

• Additional work requested by the client, that was not part of the original agreement.

• Unclear expectations between the what the client wants and what we are there to do.
