The Personal Systems Digital & Finance Transformation Lead will drive efforts across HP - working closely with Transformation Management Office. The work is cross-functional and global in nature and directly sponsored by C-suite executives. The role requires strong executive communication, leadership, project management and critical thinking skills to successfully define, plan, execute and close projects by leading groups of senior team members. During the entire process, he or she must work collaboratively with all the functions e.g., TMO, Global Business Units, etc. Ensure the Segment CFO and Business Unit Finance Head are informed of progress, major issues/mitigation/alternatives. Will strongly influence various Finance, BU (Business Unit), and Function leaders
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, develop strategy, and set functional policy and direction, and ensure execution of all program responsibilities
- Routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives
- Develop effective strategies to manage change across the enterprise

- Participates in the cross-org effort including project prioritization and workstreams
- Coordinate closely with non-IT functional leads to deliver solutions

Experience/Skill Requirements:
- Understands the process of identifying, analyzing, and controlling unacceptable risks and/or issues
- Understands the concepts and processes implemented to compare performance to predetermined standards, plans, or objectives for audit or regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills, balancing conceptual thinking with making hands-on, practical decisions about priorities.
- Ability to drive technical and business process with strong program management and prioritization skills

Education Requirements:
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred, with experience in project management and driving digital initiatives
- Minimum 10+ years post-masters experience
- Experience working with in global corporate organizations
