RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive dispatch notifications to jobs, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices all on a company-provided iPad.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly
• Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines), pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
• Provide multiple options to customer in the form of "Good, Better, Best"
• Provide a clear explanation of diagnosis and proper solution

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 or more years of residential plumbing experience is required
• Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement

• MUST have a valid California driver’s license & clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Ability to work weekends and (1) on-call night shift per week
• Able to left up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to be a team player
