Welcome to MWS, we are a Holistic Health Center and we are looking for a Receptionist and Retail associate, our center is a welcoming place to our clients providing a sense of community, empathy, and understanding.

The ideal candidate is caring, empathetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about community and guest experiences. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH, read, write and speak.

This position is for you if you are seeking to learn, grow, work in a team driven environment, can handle multi-tasking, are fluent in Spanish and English. Interest in nutrition, health, spirituality and holistic medicine is a PLUS.

Duties include:

• Answering phones
• Booking appointments
• Address scheduling conflicts
• Closing sales for retail products as recommended by therapists
• Displaying exceptional knowledge of products, services and packages offered
• Learning to use our internal booking system
• Teamwork - Helping your other team members.

Other requirements include:

• Strong customer service and sales skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact and diplomacy. Excellent (English & Spanish) communication skills.
• Engaging personality and detailed oriented skills are essential.
• Strong oral and written communication in Spanish and English, time management and organizational skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology is required.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced service environment a plus, similar to: day spa, salon, retail, luxury, call center or reservation booking
• Interest in wellness and holistic health care a plus
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong PC and keyboarding skills
• Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Available to work varied shifts (evenings and weekends)
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
