Responsibilities

• Responsible for the physical safety of guests, associates and property, recommends improvement measures.
• Develop and maintain a service culture that ensures the delivery of excellent guest service by all team members and ensures team adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and manage the daily activities of security associates for their respective shift.
• Maintain performance and operational records.
• Conduct investigations of incidents and assist management as needed.
• Train, develop, and schedule security associates.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years' of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Intermediate computer skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email required.
• Must be able to safely operate gas and electric carts.
• Ability to effectively communicate over two way radio.
• This position requires you to be able to receive NASA clearance.
• Must be willing to get CPR & AED certification provided by the company.

Physical Requirements

• Requires some bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs.
• Must be able to push, pull and drag 150 lbs for at least 50 feet.
• Requires standing and walking 90% of the time.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of Florida weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in darkened areas.
