Do you love skis? Or snowboards? Work at a place where you get to talk about snow gear all the time! SkiEssentials.com is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Agent to join the team at our warehouse in downtown Stowe, Vermont.

SkiEssentials is an outdoor minded company that prides itself on employee well-being and enjoying outdoor experiences together. We are looking for a team player, who can handle a fast-paced environment. Winter is our busiest season- the phones need to be answered and orders need to get out the door!

This is a seasonal position, but our company is growing and there is room to grow within- evaluated in the Spring. This is a unique opportunity to work in the ski industry, in Stowe, with access to heavily discounted gear and outdoor fun! We are open seven days a week, so it's a great opportunity for people who prefer to work weekends so they can enjoy the mountain on less crowded days during the week.

Responsibilities for position include:

Answer customer phone calls

Talk to customers about skis and snowboards, helping them make decisions

Make follow up calls to customers

Respond to emails or live chat questions

Process orders through POS system

Assist with eBay and Amazon customer service

The right candidate has:

Excellent communication skills well via email and phone

Works well in a both a team and independent environment

Flexibility and adaptability

Ability to keep a good attitude with pushy customers

Comfortable resolving customer issues

Works well in a fast-paced environment

Passion for the great outdoors!

Bonus qualifications:

Knowledgeable about ski products

Experience with a POS system

Experience using Magento

Experience in the ski industry

Experience with Amazon and/or eBay
