The Talent Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, structuring/designing, and interpreting Talent Acquisition (TA) data sets to identify possible trends, provide actionable insights, and lead to solutions that support the company’s strategic initiatives. The Talent Analyst will lead analysis for target market plans, Voice of the Employee (VoE) survey feedback, and other programs such as our Employee Referral Bonus Program (ERBP) and LinkedIn Learning development program, as well as maintain routine reporting and assist with streamlining and developing new reporting. The Talent Data Analyst will also research job requirements and evaluate positions to ensure that the company is competitive in the areas of salaries, employee benefits, etc.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and run reports and data extracts for routine (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) reports such as job posting sponsorship analysis, weekly district tracking reports for various metrics, i.e., FTE/SSS/STS/Earned Hours, etc., and FTE/turnover data for QBR
  • Lead the acquisition of data from primary and secondary sources and assist with updating data sets for monthly CBR slides and other routine reporting
  • Prepare and send Employee Referral Bonus program performance reports to HRBPs
  • Lead market analysis for our Target Market Plans, partnering with the Sourcing Specialists to analyze key data points and develop insights for market research including zip code analysis, hire and termination analysis, compensation, job posting sponsorship campaign performance; will also lead tracking and reporting for weekly application status, hires, and terminations
  • Act as primary POC for Jotform system issues and inquiries; lead troubleshooting and complete updates/fixes as necessary
  • Maintain JotForm conditional logic updates for personnel changes (RVP/DM/HRBP) and store changes due to terminations, hires, acquisitions, closures, and/or reorganizations
  • Analyze and report on key data points from Voice of the Employee survey results
  • Provide feedback to our employer brand site partners with the goal of improving report data derived from their sites
  • Maintain accurate pay range information and records for Pay Transparency Compliance; assist with market analysis for development of pay ranges
  • Assist with LI Learning reporting and user administration, including researching and creating learning paths
  • Assist with the development of routine reporting for employer ratings on Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Assist with job board management when Indeed issues arise
  • Assist with compensation analysis for corporate positions
  • Review, evaluate, and assess current processes to determine and define process improvement opportunities
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar course of study is preferred or 5+ years’ work experience in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting data and reporting for Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/HRIS preferred or proven, progressive reporting experience in other fields
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting large/complex data sets from a variety of sources is required
  • Experience organizing data into a presentable format is required
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) required
  • Overall Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Experience working towards multiple deadlines with variable priorities in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Microsoft PowerPoint intermediate proficiency preferred
  • Previous experience with PowerBI, macros, Cognos reporting, and/or SQL is a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require long hours and occasional weekend work.
